Please note: Governor Ruth Ann Minner submitted the FY 2010 Governor's Recommended Budget prior to Governor Jack Markell taking office on January 20, 2009. Governor Markell subsequently submitted significant changes to the Governor's Recommended Budget to the General Assembly for their consideration. Governor Markell signed the FY 2010 Budget Act on July 1, 2009.
