Capital Budget
Public Hearing Information
The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) convenes in November to conduct public hearings on state agency budget requests to the Governor. The public is invited to comment during the public hearings at a designated time following each agency’s presentation.
You will be allotted three minutes to speak if on behalf of an organization, or two minutes if unrelated to an organization. You must register via email to speak during the hearing or comments can be provided in writing.
Register and provide the following information:
- Name
- Organization (if speaking on behalf of)
- Comments in writing (optional)
